ComPoSe is a 12-month Erasmus Plus KA2 project that aims to develop the social skills, resilience and ability of youth workers and youth educators to adapt positively to change. This project will use coaching techniques to empower youth with community-building skills and methods. The project will target youth workers facing economic, social and cultural barriers in Romania, Türkiye, Bulgaria and Italy.
Sustainability and knowledge transfer are important factors in youth work. For this reason, the main target group is youth workers, as they can transfer the methods and tools they have learned to their target group, young people. We include local organizations in our project to ensure that this transfer process operates effectively. Our participants will collaborate with these organizations to train local youth in social skills, resilience, and ability to adapt to change. Thus, our project will reach our main target group, youth workers and trainers, as well as the young people they support.
