Throughout her university education, Seda Şahin actively participated in volunteer activities, developing an early interest in social impact initiatives through the experiences she gained. Witnessing firsthand the transformative power of volunteering laid the foundation for her long-term commitment to the civil society sector.After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, she began her professional career in the private sector. Combining the managerial and financial expertise she acquired during her professional career with the motivation she gained through volunteering, she started supporting Pi Youth Association.Over time, Şahin was elected to the Association's Board of Directors and currently serves as the President of Pi Youth Association. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing finance and financial affairs, strengthening youth-focused projects, and developing strategic partnerships. She is committed to expanding the Association's impact in a sustainable manner while contributing to the empowerment of young people through innovative and impactful initiatives.
After graduating from the Departments of Tourism Management and Hotel Management at İnönü University and Mersin University, she completed her studies at the Faculty of Economics, Anadolu University. She is currently pursuing a degree in the Department of Sociology at Istanbul University.Throughout her university years, she actively volunteered in various civil society organizations and took part in numerous social responsibility projects. Following her professional experience in different companies, she established and began managing her own Pilates studio after completing her Pilates instructor training. She currently continues her professional career as a Pilates instructor while remaining actively engaged in community-oriented initiatives.
She graduated from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at Dokuz Eylül University.Şermin began her volunteering journey with LÖSEV İzmir and later decided to focus her voluntary work on the youth sector. After gaining experience in customer relationship management at various corporate companies, she currently works as a Sales Representative in the private sector while continuing her commitment to youth and civil society initiatives.
Burcu Şentürk graduated from the Department of Fisheries at Süleyman Demirel University. Following her academic studies, she built her professional career through experience gained across different sectors. She worked as a Fisheries Technician for three years, acquiring valuable technical knowledge and hands-on field experience.She later transitioned into the retail and textile industry, where she assumed managerial roles. She has now been working as a manager at a clothing company for more than 16 years, taking an active role in team management, operational processes, and organizational planning.In her voluntary role as Secretary of the Association, she is responsible for coordinating correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and supporting institutional communication processes. Through her disciplined work ethic and strong organizational and communication skills, she contributes to the efficient and effective implementation of the Association's activities.Committed to creating positive social impact, Burcu Şentürk views volunteering not as an obligation but as a core value. She strives for sustainable success in both her professional career and her voluntary responsibilities.
Murat Kaderoğlu studied Tourism and Hotel Management at Afyon Kocatepe University. During his university years, he became actively involved in youth work through student communities, organized youth exchange projects, and participated in initiatives focused on social entrepreneurship.Following his studies, he worked in the tourism sector in Marmaris and Antalya before establishing his own business in Manisa, becoming a young entrepreneur. He currently continues to contribute to youth development and civil society as a Board Member of Pi Youth Association.
