Begüm İntepeler – President
Graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Department of Public Relations and Advertising. She is providing corporate communication services to local administrations and private companies in İzmir with a digital advertising agency established with two partners. She is continuing to work on the subject of civil society capacity building. She is responsible for local public institutions and partnerships of Pi Youth Association.
Şermin Topal – Vice President
She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Şermin started her volunteer work in “Lösev İzmir” and decided to continue her work in the youth field. After working in customer relations management in different corporate companies, she is working in the private sector as sales manager.
Merve Decdeli – Secretary General
She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Business Administration. After graduation, she worked as a young woman entrepreneur for a while and now she is working as a public official in the Ministry of Health. She was responsible for the projects of young people on sports and healthy living. Merve joined our Association voluntarily and was elected as a member of the Board of Directors at the General Assembly held in 2018.
Seda Şahin – Finance Executive
She graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration. After graduation, she worked as a visual expert in clothing sector for a long time. During her career in private sector, she voluntarily supported the association’s activities. Later, she became a member of the association and board member. She is currently in charge of the association’s finance and financial affairs.
Murat Kaderoğlu - Member of Board
He studied Tourism and Hotel Management at Afyon Kocatepe University. At the university, he was involved in youth work through communities, carried out youth exchange projects, and worked in the field of social entrepreneurship. After working in the tourism sector in Marmaris and Antalya, Murat Kaderoğlu became a young entrepreneur by opening his own business in Manisa. Currently, he continues his youth work as a board member of Pi Youth Association.
