In the recent period the youth employment has been getting a growing problem day by day both in Turkey and in Europe and labor market complains about not finding qualified personnel who has vocational and technical training. In other words there is nonequilibrium and discrepancy between supply and demand in the labor market. When we get to the root of the problem, the necessity of youth-oriented policy-making shows up for popularization of vocational training and making it qualified. The fact that this policy offer must be determined based on the youth’s opinions is a right step. With this Project, we discuss the obstacles against the youth’s tending to vocational training, will create a youth policy and represent it to decision makers. Within the scope of Genç Bak-İŞ, 81 NGO representatives, who come from 81 provinces, will come together in İzmir, in the year of 2016.

Genç Bak-İŞ will comprise of 3 regional meetings and 1 National Summit. The dates of regional meetings are below:

II. Regional Meeting 12-15 May 2016
III. Regional Meeting 26-29 May 2016

81 provinces will be separated into 3 different groups. All of regional meetings will take place in İzmir. You can see the provinces and their regional meeting’s date from the list below.
